    The present paper gives a comprehensive overview of the hydrotechnical measures implemented on the bottom of the depleted openpit mine Obranci miru. Inner wastedump of Obranci miru is located in the central part of the Most basin and fills the space of the former openpit mine. Due to the technical, mining, hydrogeological and geomechanical conditions was built a system of hydroteochnical measures at the bottom of the depleted mine, to ensure a secure, future, surface working of the CSA mine to the Obranci miru mine.
