Special shut off device for liquidating blowout from the drill string
Original language description
Oil and natural gas are still among the most important raw materials in industry. Because their worldwide consumption is still high, there is a growing demand for drilling and mining. For the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons, it is necessary not only first-class technical and technological equipment, but also experienced and professionally trained crew. In particular, exploratory drilling operations carry a risk of pressure manifestations. If this is the first deep hole in a given location, there may not be enough information about the holes to be explored. If the bulkhead pressure is higher than the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid column in the borehole (eg drilling mud) at the drilling horizon, this medium enters the borehole and migrates towards the surface, where it can grow up in an open eruption. To handle pressures, the drill crew must be sufficiently trained to be able to recognize and respond to the situation in a variety of ways. Sometimes, however, situations may arise where either the failure of the human factor or the failure of the technique to open the eruption eventually occur. This is already a situation where a specialized service with special equipment must be taken to the place of the drilling crew. In this article we will not deal with the history of the "branch" of eradication eruptions or the commonly applied safety elements used from the beginning of the drilling to the mining equipment. We will only focus on a very specific case, namely an open eruption with drilling tools, where the crew was no longer able to provide workplace and drilling.
