  • Original language description

Within the project, the determined digestate and silage ratios (10:1, 5:1 and 3:1) were tested, followed by a sample of pure digestate, solid component of digestate - separate, liquid component of digestate - fugate and silage. Testing was carried out using a cress test of phytotoxicity and to determine the response of plants to the effects of soil improvers. The cress test was performed on Petri dishes according to ČSN EN 16086-2. The testing was supported by analyzes of samples of tested mixtures (digestate and silage in said ratio, and pure digestate) in an accredited laboratory. As a result of the testing, all of the samples examined stimulated root growth compared to the control substrate. Also, analyzes of the individual mixtures confirmed that all substrates tested were characterized as having high nutrient content and low heavy metal content. Thus, they meet the legislative requirements for fertilizer.
