  • Original language description

    Preparation of single crystals of low-alloyed W-Mo-Re alloys by plasma metallurgy. Experimental samples and evaluation techniques. The increasing content of molybdenum causes successive increase of mutual disorientation of subgrains I. rank and at same time their linear dimension decreases; dislocation density increases from 5.106 to 8.107 cm-2. In alloy W+2,3%Re+6,7%Mo modification of the structure occurs-the disorientation of subgrains II. rank decreases and their amount increases. The elongated grains are oriented along the growth axis. Application of results: Quick-filament of electrovacuum apparatus with high working life during thermal looping. Material for production of high-temperature thermo-couples with the application up to 2300°C with highstability of thermoelectric properties.
