In this paper is described the study of the microstructure of titanium alloy-type Ti6Al4V prepared by the plasma and vacuum metallurgy. Base titanium sponge and the alloing elements as aluminium and vanadium were prepared in advance at the laboratory plasma furnace. Experimentally was verified the influence of rolling on the microstructure morphology of investigated alloy. Rolling was performed by small laboratory bench. We performed investigation of three various stages of deformation on to microstructure morphology
