In the contribution we present continuous results of the study of diffusion with moving interface boundary. For exact evaluation of experimental data from X-ray microanalyzer, new methods, based on using thermal potentials when solving the correspondingdiffusion equation, were used. Furthermore, a new procedure of determination of the diffusivity concentration dependence enabling to determine the interdiffusion coefficient in a particular system was applied. In this case, the diffusion non-linear equation is solved by means of polynomial regressions applying special computer programs
