On modelling of the diffusion phenomena in the selected welded joints of steels
Original language description
This contribution contains the original results of measurement of redistribution of carbon in two types of the welded joints of steels (low-alloy Si steel/low-alloy CrNiMoV steel and low-alloy Si steel/austenitic Cr 8Ni9 steel). The measurement was carried out in the range of temperatures 500 - 750°C. At the given temperature interval of annealing, the first welded joint of steel grades has structure of ferrite/ferrite type, while the other welded joint of steel grades reveals structure of austenite/ferrite type. On the basis of solution of the diffusion equation the concentration curves of carbon have been modelled in the individual steel grades. For approximation of the measured concentrations of carbon there were applied the relations representing solution of the stationary model of carbon redistribution i.e. the classical method of solution of diffusion with the help of the error function. This solution was compared with that using the analytical function of the hyperbolic-tangent
