This paper describes results of cost analysis of casts made in cooperation with foundry VIADRUS, ŽDB, a.s. It is about new piece of knowledge in implementation of operative monitoring costs of castings manufacture. And than there are given the results connected with application costs model under conditions in selected foundry.

Tento článek popisuje analýzu nákladů taveb provedenou ve spolupráci se slévárnou VIADRUS, ŽDB, a.s. Jedná se o nové poznatky v zavádění operativního sledování nákladů při výrobě odlitků. A pak jsou uvedeny výsledky spojené s aplikací nákladového modeluv podmínkách vybrané slévárny.
