Original language description
The paper presents a process of manufacturing the alloys based on ordered intermetallics phases from the Fe-Al system by the vacuum metallurgy and rolling methods. It was determined that as a result of melting and casting we can produce a good quality ofsemi- and finished products from this alloy in form of rods, flats, structural sections, tube blanks and ingots predestined for hot deformation by rolling. Based on hot rolling tests was studied influence of temperature, strain and strain rate on the pressure on rolls and the grain refining effect. Possibility of the alloy rolling in a wide range of temperature and strain rate, without the necessity to use metal shields was found.
