    Effect of Hydrogen on the Microstructure of NiTi-Me Alloys.

    Study of hydrogen effect on microstructure properties of NiTi alloy was performed. The material used was on the base of Ni-Ti and NiTi -Me (Me = Cu or Fe) in wire form with diameter of 2.6 mm. Metallographic study was realised on the wire specimens of polycrystalline alloys in state as-received and after heat treatment at 850 °C for one hour in flowing hydrogen gas. Martensitic microstructure was studied using light (OM), scanning electron (SEM) and atomic force microscopies (AFM).

    Bylo provedeno studium vlivu vodíku na mikrostrukturní vlastnosti slitiny NiTi-Cu a NiTi-Fe ve formě drátů o průměru 2.6 mm. Vzorky pro metalografické studium byly v polykrystalickém stavu, a to před a po tepelném zpracování při 850°C 1 h v průtoku plynného vodíku. Martenzitická mikrostruktura byla pozorována pomocí mikroskopie optické, elektronové SEM a atomárních sil (AFM).
