Využití syntetických strusek při rafinaci oceli v pánvi
Original language description
Presented paper was intended for verification of influence of synthetic slag, prepared from burnt lime and waste corundum catalyst, on desulphurisation ability of ladle slag. It follows from experimental heats that synthetic slag charged into the ladle before steel tapping smelts well and enables together with lime and deoxidisation products early formation of refining ladle slag. Formation of refining slag is later, if synthetic slag is charged with lime into ladle till on LF station. Positive effect of thermodynamic parameters on steel desulphurisation can be achieved only at early formation of molten ladle slag. Significance of synthetic slag used for steel refining consists in replacement of liquefying fluor-spar.
