    STRUCTURAL-PHASE ANALYSIS OF CAST NICKEL SUPER-ALLOY INCONEL 792-5A

    The submitted paper deals with analysis of physical-metallurgical characteristics of cast variant of nickel alloy based on INCONEL, namely type IN 792-5A. This variant of nickel super-alloy represents higher type of these alloys thanks to higher contentsof cobalt and tantalum. Metallographic analysis of investigated type of nickel super-alloy in as-cast condition contributes to précising of existing notions about possibilities of optimisation of initial state by subsequent heat treatment. The analysisitself is based on evaluation of microstructure in as-cast condition by use of light microscopy and also of more detailed electron microscopy investigation, including chemical micro-analysis. Electron microscopy investigation was performed with use of scanning electron microscope JEOL JSM ? 5510 with application of secondary electrons mode. Chemical micro-analysis was made on electron micro-analyser JCX 733, which is equipped with energy dispersive analyser EDX ? Sappirs. Conventionally

    Předložený příspěvek se zabývá hodnocením fyzikálně metalurgických charakteristik niklové superslitiny INCONEL 792-5A ve stavu po odlévání. Předmětná superslitina patří díky vyššímu obsahu kobaltu a tantalu do vyšší kategorie niklových superslitin. Metalografická analýza byla provedena pomocí světelné mikroskopie a také pomocí řádkovací elektronové mikroskopie, včetně chemické mikroanalýzy. Pro preparaci metalografických vzorků byly použity konvenční leptací techniky.
