Determination of softening degree in microalloyed steels
Original language description
Controlled forming of microalloyed steels containing added microalloying elements, such as niobium and vanadium, produces materials with higher yield strength and ultimate strength. Interrupted tests in plastometric experiments were conducted at varioustemperatures, with different strain rates and with defined delays between individual deformation steps. The purpose of this study is to reveal the course of restoration after plastic deformation and to determine the softening ratio of the microstructureX by measuring the stress at the strain of 0.01. Another method used deals with comparison of the areas below the interrupted test curves for the same purpose: determination of the proportion of the restored structure X. The calculation will be based oncomputer processing of the signal from the torsion plastometer.
