Model of Flow Stress of Deformation Resistance of Magnesium Alloy AZ31 Including Influence of Dynamic Recrystallization
Original language description
The compression tests of specimens of the magnesium alloy Mg-3Al-1Zn (AZ31) at temperatures T = 250 to 450°C and strain rate gama=0.01 to 10 s-1 were performed. The obtained stress-strain curves of the alloy AZ31 showed a double characteristic course. Asresulted already from the previous experiments, the deformation behaviour and mainly the shape of the stress-strain curves of the alloy AZ31 are significantly different at the low and high values of the parameter Z. The regression and statistic analysisof the experimental data confirmed unambiguously that the whole data file (consequently the conventional and atypical stress-strain curves) cannot be described by a single equation.
