The Use of QFD for Die Forging Process Quality Planning
Original language description
QFD applications were used for identification of key processes of production and for design of process parameters target values and parameters importance assessment. With using Pareto analysis it was found that key partial processes are: preliminary forging, material heating and holes machining and the most important process parameters are: material location in die during preliminary forging, tool sharpness, speed etc. Achieved results were used for defining of priorities during forging quality assurance.
