Original language description
This work represents the results obtained during the preparation of hydroceramics using the granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash which were activated with the help of solid sodium metasilicate addition. The term hydroceramic is used for products prepared by alkali activation of selected raw materials under the hydrothermal conditions. The obtained samples are characterized by high strength, excellent chemical durability and heat-resistance.
