The paper deals with the study of phase transformation temperatures of Fe (Fe-C) based metallic alloys. Influence of heating/cooling rate and composition on shift of phase transformation temperatures is investigated in this paper. Six samples with gradedcarbon content were investigated. Liquidus-solidus and gamma-delta region was studied. Temperatures of phase transformations were obtained using DTA and Setaram Setsys 18TM laboratory system. DTA experiments of prepared alloys were conducted under inertatmosphere (Ar, }6N). Controlled rate of heating/cooling of alloys was conducted: 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, 20 K min(-1). Aproximation to the equilibrium conditions was achieved. Comparison of obtained experimental data with data presented in the literature andIDS results was carried out. It follows from copmarison of obtained results with accessible data in the literature the lack of these data and differencies between them.
