BUSINESS VALUATION
Original language description
The need for business valuation in the Czech Republic "came alive" again in the context of the transformation of economics and privatization of enterprises of that time. Business valuation is not a simple area. It requires both - an abundance of theoretical knowledge of different methods that can be used in the valuation and professional experience and practical knowledge of business management. It is essential to define the target of the valuation, the reason why the valuation is done and for whom it is done. The key factors of the successful valuation are the quality of the information from which the data is taken, individual approach of the valuator and the choice of the valuation method.
