Mathematical simulation of economical processes can be considered as a significant resource of information for decision-making processes in all spheres and degrees of national economy. The importance of this tool for upgrading proceeding is increasing incontext of rapid development and the using of computer and information technologies, without those, nowadays the efficient proceeding of economical systems, which are working in difficult manufactural-economic conditions, is unthinkable. The paper is presenting basic information, not only about the methodology of structural analysis herself, but also about the possibilities of its real use and problems linked to its application in economical management of metallurgical enterprise.
