Original language description
This paper has shown three practical applications of SPC in metallurgy:the application on continual casting of aluminium shows one of possible solutions for the problem of auto-correlated data which is the common problem in metallurgy. In the second application SPC was used for the analysis of the blast furnace gas with the aim to compare two methods of the iron production. The last SPC application on the lengthwise tonsure rolled plates process is an illustration of the effective SPC implementation with clear desirable economic result.
