Some Implications of the Use of Alternative Fuels in the Blast Furnace
Original language description
Paper deals with the analytical blast furnace process evaluation system. The sub-models of prediction of the minimum coke consumption. The prediction methodology for the permeability limit is based on calculation of gas-dynamically minimum consumption ofcoke. Decreasing consumption of metallurgical coke demands a better quality of coke employed for the purpose.
