Optimization of Annealing in Production of Cold Rolled Thin Strip Made of Carbon Steel C75
Original language description
The aim of the experiment was to examine influence of the annealing time and temperature at particular stages of cold rolling of the strip made from the carbon steel C75 (with 0.75 C ? 0.67 Mn ? 0.26 Cr in wt.%). The parameters of recrystallization and/or spheroidizing annealing were studied in the conditions of laboratory cold rolling and thermal processing in the vacuum furnace with protective atmosphere consisting of 90% nitrogen and 10% hydrogen. The experiments proved a real chance of shortening the time of annealing of the investigated steel after the operational cold rolling.
