Scientific and research activities of the Department of Materials Preparation in the Regional Materials Science and Technology Centre (RMSTC), realisation of various national and international projects, cooperation with external companies, offer and saleof special materials and services, creation of prototypes, industrial designs, patents, technical publications, etc. From the viewpoint of material the activities are aimed at preparation of highly pure materials, special alloys, bio-medical materials,development of materials for high temperature applications, preparation of ultra fine-grained and nano-crystalline materials based on non-ferrous metals.
