Authors propose in their article new technology for production of hoisting gears for welded crankshafts. Type of steel with good weldability and yield strength Re (more equal)300 MPa was proposed. Moreover technology for forging of crank throw with semi-pivot by technology of bending of the blank into an open die was proposed.
