    This paper presents a description of problems with uncertainty, which arise in the construction, organization and operation of supply chains. The most appropriate concept has been chosen and described to achieve resilience supply chain based on adaptation. Functional scheme has been proposed with a dual feedback. The purpose of these measures is organization to find a balance between profit optimization and optimization cost to ensure resilience. The problem of resilience is relevant for companies withcomplex and branched structure.
