The paper presents a conceptual framework of the methodology for measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of supply chain resilience. The methodology contains seven main phases ? preliminary analysis, supply chain analysis, business environment analysis,vulnerability analysis, resilience capabilities analysis, taxonomy development, and evaluation. For each phase are defined undamental principles, recommended tools, and required input and output information. The paper is divided into four parts ? introduction, supply chain resilience and resilient supply chain definition, the designed conceptual framework description, and conclusion.
