Original language description
Large amounts of waste made in various industries and municipal waste are generated every day. Much of this waste is stored in special landfills, but increasing amount is being processed and recycled. Reducing, treatment and utilization of waste is required by international law. The analysis of waste treatment in Poland is presented in this paper. The quantitative analysis of waste generated in Poland and methods of their utilization, recycling and reuse was made.
