BSC-Approach for Supply Chain Deviations Management
Original language description
The objective of this research is to derive a basic systematized approach for the analysis of a supply chain element concerning performance, deviations and risks. Therefore, a literature research has been made analyzing the systematization approaches inthe supply chain risk management, followed by a scheme for the analysis of deviations within a supply chain segment. In order to perform a precise evaluation, the Balanced Scorecard approach of Norton and Kaplan has been extended to those requirements and appropriate recommendations have been made regarding its application within the SCM.
