Original language description
In the last twenty years, the rapidly changing laws in the field of thermal engineering and energy and the resulting demands on buildings. As a side effect of this development is reflected microbial growth on the outer composite panel cladding, which contributes to the degradation of certain facades and increase the costs of remediation such impairment envelope. The papers aims to define the general context and the factors that affect microbial growth on the external cladding systems, composite panel buildings, especially prefabricated buildings realized in the second half of the last century.
