Material utilization of metallurgical waste
Original language description
Today metallurgical factory are produce large amounts of industrial wastes. The economic and ecological waste management is important for these companies. Industrial wastes are substances with different consistencies, physical and chemical properties andmineralogical composition. Metallurgical wastes are divided into dust and sludge including for example waste from the operation of blast furnaces (intermediate rich-iron), waste from the operation of the steelworks and scales are treated (rich-iron). Blast furnace and steel slag are a special group. The aim is to create a compact material. For these work was used fine-grained waste. This compact material must have sufficient handling strength. Creating a compact unit is enabled recycling of metal wastein metallurgical aggregates.
