Short run manufacturing environment is now typical for many industrial branches including metallurgy. To be applicable in such nonstandard conditions classical control charts and capability indices must be modified. In this paper the design of the methodology for the complex application of the statistical control on the metallurgical short run processes is presented and verified in conditions of the bars rolling.
