For effective management of supply chain resilience is necessary to use advanced quantitative methods. The authors recommend create the simulation based decision support models. The aim of this article is to design a basic model to simulate supply chainresilience, to determine its structure, the required input data, the possible experiments performed on the model and the anticipated outputs.
