The Act of the Slovak National Council no. 58/2014 Coll. on explosives, explosive objects and ammunition and on amendments to certain laws came into force on 1 July 2014. Among other things, this act changed the Act of the Slovak National Council no. 51/1988 Coll. on mining activity, explosives and state mining administration in the field of technical equipment and classified technical equipment. This step was taken because of the alignment of the system of tests and examinations with the general ruleson classified technical equipment, namely with Act no. 124/2006 on safety and health at work and Decree of the Government of the Slovak Republic no. 392/2006 on the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equip-ment.
