EVALUATION OF THE USABILITY OF THE ALKALI ACTIVATED INDUSTRIAL WASTES AS A MATRIX AND SUPPORT OF PHOTOCATALYSTS
Original language description
The evaluation of the possibility of metallurgical wastes (slag and fly ash) to be utilized as a support for photocatalyticaly active composites was discussed in the paper. The alkali activated metallurgical slag was tested as the matrix for the photocatalyticaly active composite kaoline/TiO2 and the alkali activated mixture of metallurgical slag and fly ash was evaluated as a support for the deposition of TiO2layer. The photodegradation activity of the prepared samples against NOx was tested.
