Original language description
The architecture of many administrative workflow systems goes from Workflow Reference Model of Workflow Management Coalition. The Reference Model provides the general architectural framework for the workflow system and identifies interfaces covering fiveareas of functionality between a workflow management system and its environment. In next step were developed new Process Model and global Workflow Model. Developed models identify the top level entities (Process, Activity, Transition, Data, Participant and Application) contained within a administrative process definition, their relationships and attributes, including some which may be defined for simulation purposes. To write down a workflow, which is based on this models, were proposed the WAPDL (Workflow Administrative Process Definition Language) and the XAPDL (eXtended Administrative Process Definition Language).
