Original language description
The paper is engaged in unequal relationship between supplier and subscriber as the main factor influences final market price or consequent quality of the goods or service. In the concrete, situation is described on the actual case of business chains (e.g. shopping centres) whose dominant position predetermines majority force of the subscriber (business chain) in regard of his supplier (manufacturer). Conclusive result of the competition between supplier and subscriber make up negative consequence to the final customer. The last part of the paper contents the instruments how to proceed when the quality products are forced out by the low-class products.
