By the solution of problem area concerning the setting of tolerance limits of undesired exceptions (deviations) with the link to a potential crisis development in the process of business entity management it is possible to find out by setting these limits in advance under which conditions and whether at all a business entity (its process part) is able to reach the fulfillment of its own objectives in a given time and whether this business entity is in jeopardy by the appearance of crisis development initiation in this entity business activities.Conditions are recognizable on the basis of analysis of reasonable level of factors these limits influencing with regard to the structure and level of processes' materialization in a business entity. Which factors are in question and what their influence on the rate of acceptable (tolerance) limits of undesired deviations is will be discussed in the following contributed paper in case the objectives of a production process are fulfilled
