A new law giving extra rights to students working on temporary basis appears to be hampering the operation of temporary agencie. The law has resulted in an increase in the costs and administrative burden of hiring out students, leading to employers hiring directly and students sseking work independently of agencies.

Zákoník práce omezil práci studentů
Czech description
Nový zákoník práce, který nově upravuje pracovní smlouvy na dobu určitou např. studentů vyvolává potíže studentských zaměstnaneckých agentur. Nové podmínky vedou ke zvýšení nákladů studentské práce a administrativních nákladů spojených se zprostředkováním práce. To vede k tomu, že studenti si více zajišťují práci sami, přímo u zaměstnavatelů.
