Approach to Evaluation of the Manager's Influence on the Prosperity of the Company

In the paper we will mention the characteristic of possible approach to evaluate the influence of the directing work of manager (further just manager?s level) on the company prosperity. The approach to this evaluation will be formed with respect to following entry point of wiev: a) criteria specified company behavior as a successful company, b) defining areas for the systematic organization structuring, within which will be visible the manager level of influence to achieve prosperity of the company. Incase of logical and objectively processed approach to above-mentioned evaluation is possible to set up a structural orientation for evaluation of manager?s level on the company success.

Přístup k hodnocení vlivu řídící práce manažera na úspěšnost podniku

Czech description

V příspěvku uvedeme charakteristiku možného přístupu k hodnocení vlivu úrovně řídící práce manažera (dále jen úrovně manažera) na úspěšnost podniku. Přístup k tomuto hodnocení bude formován s ohledem na následující vstupní hlediska: a) kriteriální vymezení chování podniku jako podniku úspěšného, b) vymezení okruhů při systémové strukturalizaci podniku, v rámci kterých se projeví vliv úrovně manažera ve snaze po dosažení úspěšného chování podniku. V případě logicky účelně zpracovaného přístupu k uvedenému hodnocení je možné pak stanovit strukturální orientaci kritérií pro hodnocení vlivu úrovně manažera na úspěšnost podniku.
