Original language description
The aim of this paper is to bring new point of view of enterprise conception accepting findings concerning the theory of spontaneous order. The authors present a synthesis of till this time separate concepts of the enterprise theory and the theory of spontaneous order. The author draws attention to the number of disparity that still has not been interpreted in the management and economical literature. Practical aim of the paper is to orient the managers and economists of the enterprises to a new business direction, which is based on knowledge of potential and the rational dynamics of the enterprises evolution. It is possible to achieve higher level of efficiency of the processes in the enterprise by the application of the presented train of thought.
