Original language description
The goal of the submitted contribution is the analysis of the legislative changes in the economic policy of the Czech Republic and the European Union from a perspective of the time inconsistency. Primarily it considers changes in the area of tax legislation, or let us to say changes arising from the keeping, or more precisely breaking the Stability and Growth Pact. The goal is to show that the question of negatives of the time inconsistency is not in a matter of applying the economic policy tools overcome, what happened was only moving its focus from the monetary area to other segments of the economic policy. Time inconsistent acting then causes significant all-society and micro-economical costs.
