From my experience which is concerning in the creation of process models in the public administration I have met with three software tools so far. First Step is the product of the Canadian company ? Interfacing technologies, QPR of the same named Finland's company and the ARIS tool set of the American company, which is called IDS SCHEER. Nowadays there are discussions about the standardization of tools mentioned above. In my article I would like to draw your attention to another tool, which appropriateto be an eventual standard. It is the Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) to be concrete. The BPMN is standardized graphic recording used for the projection of business processes during the production. The BPMN was developed by The Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI) and in these days it is stayed up by the Object Management Group. This situation has been continuing, because in the year 2005 these organizations got together. Its present-day established version is 1.1 and
