Original language description
The article deals with the scheme of talent management both from a theoretical view where it defines general components of this approach in more detail, and from a practical view where it describes talent management working in the real practice. The article outlines the utilization of general knowledge not only in a conventional profit organization (GE Money Czech Republic) but also in a sport organization (baseball league). In this way it points out to the applicability of talent management in varioustypes of organizations. For complexity, it also defines the basic concepts - talent and talent management, and it describes talent management contributions.
