Original language description
One of the new defined forms of enterprise is virtual firm. Further this paper brings the theory of transnational organization. On behalf of these two theoretical keystones there will be realised a synthesis. The aim of the paper is to bring a new point of view of transnational organization that will be described in the light of virtuality. The result of the paper is a new definition of four pillars of transnational corporation.
