Original language description
In most studies multiple reasons of financial crises are found. In the chapter looking for new limits of capital adequacy or liquidity is challenged. It is argued that there is the only one basic and key source that is important for mitigating impacts offinancial crises and bank failures: too-big-to-fail problem and moral hazard. The final goal of regulation must be financial system based on small and transparent financial institutions.
