Controll of Illegal Employment in the Czech Republic
Original language description
The paper characterizes the problem of illegal employment in the Czech Republic, focusing on the implementation of an effective control of violations of the legislative provisions in this area. The paper deals with the legislative changes in the area ofillegal employment in the period of 2011-2013. A particular attention is given to the role of the State Labor Inspection Office and the regional labor inspectorates and their control of illegal employment in the period from the 1st January 2012. The paper also characterizes the activities that were carried out within the project "An effective system of employment development, performance complex controls and combating illegal employment in the Czech Republic." The project is supported by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the development of a methodology controlling illegal employment.
