Original language description
This paper focuses on a selection of the most suitable option from a set of offered alternatives for the use of funds of selected company that provided data for the analysis. Available free funds incurred in the company due to the fact that, in the past,it has acquired the needed money at stock exchange of securities issues. Since the company kept accounts not only in accordance with national legislative regulation but also international accounting standards, it was allowed to enter the stock market. The company has raised the capital in a cheaper way at the stock market than through a bank credit. The aim of this paper is to find an alternative of available free funds use the application of multi-criteria decision analysis and evaluation of alternatives to find an alternative use of available funds showing the greatest effect, taking into account usability and risk.
