Another possibility to assess CSR performance of a selected sample of organizations is connected with a usage of multiple attribute decision making methods (MADM methods). The main goal of this paper is connected with the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) in a complex CSR assessment of selected food processing organizations operating in the Czech Republic (Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s., Nestlé Česko, s.r.o. and Agrofert Holding, a.s.). To overcome a subjectivity following from an individual expert´s opinion a group of academics and non-academic is asked to participate in a preferences appraisal of criteria and sub-criteria of a hierarchically structured decision-making task based on Saaty´s Pairwise Comparison method. According to adeterministic approach, expert judgements are synthesised by computations of a weighted geometric mean. Final results are described with respect to a distributive mode synthesis and an ideal mode synthesis.
