Czech Creditor Satisfaction with Debt Relief Under the Insolvency Act of 2008

Original language description

Our survey included 450 debtors who entered the debt relief programs in 2008, i.e., those for whom debt relief has now ended or who were close to fulfilment thereof in 2013. This is the first time that we can evaluate the success of creditors' satisfaction on the basis of real concrete data. Debt relief approved in 2008 consists of 60 installments. The data were obtained from the insolvency register.
