Original language description
This article points to importance of causal relations in GAMMA model, which was created specifically for the rating of corporate governance level. There was used the method of multiple criteria decision making DEMATEL for purposes of analyzing the causalrelationships in the model and experiences of 6 experts, which focus on this issue of corporate governance. Subsequently DEMATEL method was applied to analyze the causal relationships between the different criteria and sub-criteria in this model. The conclusion of this article not only points to the most important criteria and sub-criteria of this model, but it also indicates the rate of influence of the criteria by the other one. The outputs of this work are captured not only numerically but also graphically by using maps of influences. There is an economic interpretation of outputs in conclusion.
